As soon as mail is received it is recorded and then dispatched according to your wishes. If you require your mail immediately we can scan your letters and e-mail or fax them on to you as soon as we receive them.
How much does it cost?
A Reading Mail Forwarding address with Office Reception costs only £10 (Ex. VAT) per month.
Our charges for mail forwarding are based on the standard first class postal charge plus a nominal twenty pence per item fee to cover the costs of administration.
As part of the initial sign up process, a postal deposit of £50 is collected. We will then allocate the cost of delivering items to you to your postal account.
Your mail forwarding account will need to be replenished from time to time depending on the volume of mail we receive for you. We will of course notify you when this is necessary.
