When your customer phones you on your geographic number, the call is automatically redirected to the number you specified in your control panel. You can make these changes through the control panel 24x7 and changes take effect in real time.

With the virtual numbers you get a control panel. There you setup where you want the calls to be diverted to.

When someone phones you on your number the call will first be diverted to your home number, if you do not answer it will try you on your mobile number, if you do not answer it could go to voicemail

You do not need extra lines or equipment

This service works as a redirection. Calls received on you UK Geographic call forwarding number will be diverted to your land line or mobile number, as you specified in your control panel. You will not need to get extra lines or expensive equipment.
